The International Pin Up Icon
Born Clairissa Riccio in Lakewood, California, Claire Sinclair was brought up in a household that celebrated pinup artwork. Her father sold memorabilia and had the likes of Vargas, Elvgren, Petty, and Olivia hanging on the walls and all over her house. From a young age, the pictures intrigued Claire and she dreamed of becoming one of the glamorous dames in the pinup pictures she loved.
Shortly after graduating high school, Claire was introduced to world-renowned pinup artist Olivia De Beradinis. Claire had just turned 18 when Olivia asked her to model for one of her sensual art pieces. Sinclair eventually became the main subject for several original pieces by Olivia that appeared in Playboy® Magazine. The artist decided to introduce Claire to Hugh Hefner.
Upon meeting Sinclair, Hefner asked the 18-year-old to test shoot for Playboy® Magazine. She soon become Miss October 2010 and one of the youngest Playmates in Playboy history. As Playmate of the Year® 2011, Sinclair got to travel the world as the proud Global Ambassador for Playboy® Enterprises.
Claire has appeared on E! Network’s reality shows “The Bunny House,” “The Girls Next Door” and her friend Holly Madison’s show “Holly’s World.”
Sinclair was the successor to the likes of Carmen Electra and Dita Von Teese as guest star at the famed Crazy Horse Paris (established in 1951). She was asked to perform again in a second run at the vintage-inspired cabaret production.
Claire has graced the cover of dozens of magazines including multiple international Playboy spreads, Vegas Rated, Stepping Out Magazine, Bachelor Pad, and Retro Lovely. Claire attributes the majority of her success to being recognized first and foremost as an International Pinup Model posing for Olivia, Kelly X, John Hall, and Nathalie Rattner.
In 2012, Claire was asked to headline her own Las Vegas production, Pin Up™, produced by Stratosphere Hotel & Casino. She currently stars in the multiple award-winning, high-energy production inspired by the classic pin up calendars from the 1940s, '50s and '60s.
Sinclair’s dedication and hard work starring in and promoting Pin Up™ has led to it’s successful fourth year on the Las Vegas strip, delighting audiences nightly through the art of striptease.
Claire currently resides in Las Vegas, Nevada and is working with her team on her personal strategic brand projects for launch in 2017.
